Terms of Service, Delivery and Refunds

I want you to be happy with your new photograph. If you have any questions please contact me in advance and I will be very pleased to help you.

Every care has been taken to show the photographs as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual photograph is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

How is my payment handled?
Payments are taken through 3rd party services PayPal or Stripe in British Pounds Sterling. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my photograph?
Photographs are all printed to order and are usually ready for shipping within 5 working days of order. I aim to ensure that photographs will be packed and shipped within 2 working days of the printed photographs arriving in my studio. Within the UK pieces are sent fully insured by Royal Mail. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping. During periods of disruption we will contact the buyer to discuss possible alternative methods of postage.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs are provided at the checkout and will be calculated based upon the value and size of your artwork. Within the UK I charge a standard fee of £5.00 however costs may vary if the customer requests an alternative shipping method.

Can you ship internationally?
I currently only show options to ship my artworks within the UK. However, if you would like to purchase something and live outside the UK please contact me with your details and the piece you would like and I can give you shipping options.

Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

What if my photograph arrives and I don’t like it?
I want you to be fully happy with your new photograph.

If an original artwork is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service used to send it to you. Returning the artwork safely is your responsibility. Once the piece has been returned undamaged I will refund your payment within 14 days. You are responsible to covering the cost of return postage.

What if the Artwork is Bigger or Smaller than I expected?
The dimensions of each photograph are provided in each listing in my shop. If the photograph is provided framed I also list the overall size. The sizes given are measured with a reasonable duty of care and are accurate to within approximately +/- 1cm. It is your responsibility to ensure the photograph is the correct size of your requirements and no returns will be accepted for this reason.

The dimensions provided on my website refer to the actual image area of the photograph, not the overall dimensions. I always include a white border that is between 1cm and 2cm wide to assist with framing at a later date. For example, a 30cm x 20cm photograph will be a 30cm x 20cm image printed onto a piece of paper that is approximately 32cm x 22cm.

What if my photograph arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving it with a photograph of the artwork and the damaged packaging.

What about Overseas Returns?
At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any artworks sent outside of the UK.
